Sunny week ahead with varying temps for Kelowna area
It’s really starting to feel like spring and this week will be no different.
Expect sunshine for the majority of the work week in Kelowna, even though it’s slightly overcast today. It’ll be warmer today and Tuesday as well, with highs of 16°C and 17°C respectively.
Monday and Tuesday will see partly cloudy evenings, but that will improve for the latter half of the week where we will get clear skies throughout.
It’ll be breezy on Tuesday and even windier on Wednesday, with gusts up to 30 km/h expected as it cools down with just a high of 12°C under sunny skies.
An overnight low of freezing on Wednesday will lead into a sunny and calm Thursday with a high of 14°C, getting down to near freezing overnight again heading into Friday.
The overall long weekend forecast is a little hit or miss, but Friday is shaping up to be a great one with a high pushing 20°C under more sunny skies. We’ll get to that with our long weekend forecast on Thursday afternoon.
