Kelowna weather: Sunny to start, showers in the afternoon

It will be a cooler day in the Central Okanagan.

Monday will start with the sun shining in the morning and some local smoke in the area.

As the day goes on, there will be a 60% chance of showers in the afternoon with the risk of a thunderstorm.

Environment Canada is calling for a high of 32℃ and the local heat warning has ended.

Overnight, the chance of showers in the area will remain the same as the temperature dips to a low of 15℃.
