The Kelowna Rockets once again find themselves in the midst of an extended losing streak after dropping their ninth consecutive game on Saturday.
The Rockets were on the road in Kamloops and Jake Pilon’s 42 saves were not enough as Kelowna fell 4-1.
The Blazers opened the scoring a little more than five minutes into the game courtesy of Emmitt Finnie's 37th goal of the season.
Kamloops’ 1-0 lead stood for exactly 10 minutes before Kayden Longley capitalized on a power play to even the score.

With the game tied 1-1 early in the second period, Finnie got an assist on the eventual game-winning goal to put the Blazers up 2-1.
Kamloops then added two power-play goals in the middle frame to take a 4-1 lead, the final score.
Jake Pilon stopped 42 of the 46 shots he faced in net as the Rockets were outshot 46-23.
The Rockets will now return home and prepare to host the Victoria Royals on Wednesday and then the Vancouver Giants for their final home game on Saturday.
