It was an exciting day at Big White on Thursday with the grand opening of a new reservations facility.
The new home for Big White Central Reservations is a $5.5-million development that “significantly enhances” the commitment to guest services and improves visitor experience, the resort said.
The new building has a variety of features that will elevate the experience of those arriving or departing at the ski hill, which includes:
- Front Desk Lobby: This welcoming space features elegant high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and six efficient check-in stations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience for guests.
- Guest Lounge: A relaxed, comfortable lounge area equipped with showers and bathrooms, TVs and free Wifi, ideal for guests skiing or boarding on check-out day.
- Luggage Storage: Safe and secure luggage storage conveniently by the Guest Lounge.
- Increased Guest Parking: Designed to facilitate an easy check-in and check-out experience from Happy Valley, the new area allows guests to commence and conclude their stay easily and comfortably.
