20 Minute at Home Workout

I always get requests for fast workouts that moms or other busy people can do in their packed day. Here is a full body at home circuit you can do, and all you need is a set of dumbbells! Try to do these sets continuous with very little rest in between.

Dumbbell squat and shoulder press 15 reps Alternating lunges with bicep curls 20 reps

50 jumping jacks

2-3 rounds

Bent over row with a triceps kickback 10-15 reps Sumo squat with a shoulder lateral raise 15 reps

50 mountain climbers

2-3 rounds

Push-ups 10-15 reps(on knees if you can't do them on your toes properly!) Plank hold with alternating knee tap to floor 20-30 reps Sit ups 10 reps

2-3 rounds

Jump squats 10 reps

High knee on the spot run, 20-30 high knees Jumping lunges 10 reps each leg

1-3 rounds

Done! Make sure you sip water in between sets, and listen to your body if you need a longer break in between. If you are unsure about these exercises, come see me at Global Fitness Centre!
